Challenging Week!!!

This week really full with challenging stuff, one practical test and one oral presentation.
I was really surprise that i still remember the method to take measurement of electronic device by using multimeter and component analyser, this means I really concentrated on class...haha..
With the mistake I realised after the test, I found my weekness on this subject and I should find out some solution to solve it.
That is read more and do more!

Farhan, Uzair, and Wan explained about global positioning system.
Chin Yap, Chi Wah, and Zhi Jie explained about optical fibre.

In the oral presentation, I felt that everyone was great and I really learn more about the other electronic gadget. It is about the knowledge on the way it function and their application.
In my group's presentation, I felt very nervous but finally I did it. I knew it wasn't my best perform and wish that I will become better on the next one.

I light up the LED...

Diode is a special device that having many functions.
It act as a valve that only allow 1 flow of current, as a bulb give out the light, as a filter in circuit also.
Diode consumed power and causing the voltage drop.
See how I measured the LED ( light emitting diode ) by using multimeter, as the voltage flow through the LED, it light up. It proven that I connected it with the correct way because diode is polarity.
Upon the diode has polarity, it is necessary that we defined the anode and cathode of diode.
Otherwise the device will burn out.

This week we also learn the transistor device.
When lecturer asking what is the function of transistor, no one of us can answer the question.
Actually transistor uses for control voltage, as a switch and amplifier. Transistor divides to NPN and PNP type. The lecturer explained about the usage and the method of analysing the transistor of circuit.
By using multimeter, we can easily detect the type of transistor and the pin of transistor.
As we find out the the base pin, we can easily find out the collector and emittor.
Another method is by using component analyser, this is the faster and easier method to analysed pin and voltage of transistor.

Learning Device Is Fun !!!

Tuesday lecture teaching about the different type of device, included resistor dan capacitor.
We carried out different experiment to test how the device function and learned the function of device...
Even though the general name of device are the same but it can be divided into different type.
And the cover of the devide represents the detail of the device, it showed the unit and capacity of the device.
We also learned how to take the reading of the device by multimeter.
Most of the decives we learned that day are homo type which is without terminal and some experiment is carried out to check the consequences if we wrong connect the positive and negative terminal...
This is what happen if we wrong connected the capacitor...something is horrible!!! It explore after a few second when we connect to the power supply...
Haha...just like the human...some hair is glow...hehe...so funny...

Introduction of Engineering....

Today we discussed about the future lecture schedule, it seen like a impossible mission that we have to learn such many things within 4 weeks...

But, it is really important that we totally understand and manage what lecturer teach us, it is so challenging and interest..

We decided to increase the lecture time to extra 1 more hour, that means I have to give up 1 hour sleeping time to attend the lecture. It is so difficult for me to do that but I will try because I really don't like to miss any class within the 4 years in my uni life without any reason.

This course offers a lot of practical hours and this is benefit for us so that we can manage both theoritical and practical skill. In the future lecture, we are going to do a lot of electrical practices including mini project and design...
It sound like interesting because i had get a good result when study electrical system before. Hopefully I can manage to do it...

Anywhere, fighting!!!

 It is interesting!!!

A good conduct in Electronic System...

A good conduct give us a beautiful life...
When we produce some product, we get the sourse from the environment, the raw material form earth. There are so precious and will finish soon.
Without proper conduct and design, this raw material will become rubbish one a day...
Maybe our next generation will not have a chance to enjoy the beautiful environment, even worse, they are going to live together with the rubbish.
Can you imaging the surface of earth are fully cover by waste? And our poor next generation will stay with this condition forever life.

Some manufacturer using toxic material to replace qualified material in the production line to reduce the cost and increase their profit. This is  really unscrupulous that harm the human life and our earth.
Having a good conduct in electronic system is essential that reduce electrical waste and guarantee the human life.

Regardless in the home or workplace, a good conduct ensure the hormonic in work with consider about the healthy of employers.
Learning good conduct when student life is crucial and should be a part in the education in order to protect our earth form pollution and any other human activity which is immoral to our earth.

Learning to Earn or Learning to Serve???

This lecture give me a strong impression, what a good topic that we have to think more.
Actually, what is the motive that we continue our study to the higher level?
Mr Kamal asked us a question when the lecture...
Are we going learn to earn or learning to serve? And I think for a while..
I know most of us are learning to earn, we study in university is ensure that we will going to have a better life in future. We can earn more money and enjoy our luxury life.
Firstly, I also have a thought like this. When I think more further, learning to serve is actually what i want...
I want to give my parent a better life in future so I start to learning. While we earn the knowledge the actual motive is learning to serve. Sound like we have to serve something that before we learn...
Maybe you all will get confuse about this...
So have a think now, are you learning to earn or learning to serve???
